Congratulations to Alan Keddie bowling a 300 Game in the County Championships at MFA Bowl Nottingham.
Good luck to Martin and Alison Williamson travelling to Shanghai this week to bowl in the World Cup 2016.
The date of the AGM has been changed from the 13th October 2016 to the 20th October 2016. Venue and time are still the same.
The AGM will take place in Deer Park, Livingston on the 13th October 2016 starting at 19:30.

Good Luck to the Gents (James Claxton, James Guthrie, Steven Gill, Mark Hutton, Alan Keddie and Kenny Jamieson) travelling to Brussels to bowl in the European Men Championships.
A requirement in the future will be that all STBA coaching staff will need to hold an ETBF Instructors Qualification. To this end, STBA have organised an ETBF Level 1 Instructors Course with an ETBF Instructor. This is a 3 day course starting Friday 30th September, 1st and 2nd October 2016 at Deer Park Bowling, Livingston. Applicants must be over the age of 18 and hold a current STBA membership. The cost is £120 per person and a deposit of £35 is required to hold the place with the remaining balance to be paid by 18th September. Please note that there is only 12 places available for this course. For a registration form or further information, please contact Sheila Chalmers.
A decision has been made by the National League Officials to cancel National League Rounds 26-30 which were scheduled for the 21st August. These scheduled matches will be bowled at a later date, which will be advised.

Congratulations to Alan McDermott, Noel Murphy, Billy Gill, Bernie Matthews and Alan Keddie picking up the Silver Medal in the Team Event. Alan Keddie also added a Gold in the Singles and All Events. Just missing out on a Mixed Doubles Medal was Archie Bogie and Margaret Rae.
