The coach on this occasion will be Andy Gillespie.

First seminar with Ron, Rhino and Alex Hamilton was for younger bowlers most of whom were from the Dunfermline and Stirling YBC.
The day started with some classroom work on ball motion and timing.

Then everyone was taken onto the lanes for some coaching from Ron, Rhino and Alex Hamilton, along with help from Scottish coaches.
All the bowlers had time with both Ron and Rhino who helped them with different aspects of their game.
After lunch back onto the lanes to work on the changes.

Day 2 – 14th July

Day two was aimed at more advanced bowlers and most of our teams who will be in Finland and Germany attended.
Classroom work to start with, Rhino giving a talk on different lane surfaces and ball motion.
Then onto the lanes for some coaching, again everyone got time with Rhino and Ron. During this time Alex was videoing everyone.
Rhino, Alex spent more time on the lanes at this time Ron was doing everybody’s Video Analysis. At this time Andy Gillespie and Anne Williamson assisted on the lanes.
Rhino explained the system he uses for his spares and also spoke in length about the mental game with some of our squad.
